The trouble with shipping wax… and solutions

Our soy wax melts at low temperatures. This is not a problem when it comes to performance, but it is definitely a problem when it comes to retaining our cute little heart shapes!

In the spring of 2025, we will begin offering cooling packs to our shipping options. We’re also planning to have some other tricks up our sleeves! Until then, we recommend not shipping to warm climates. We’ll happily fulfill those orders in the meantime, but understand that this has the potential to change the appearance of your melts (or melt, should it form a singular lump!)
